Psihiatria este practică și sistematică (psihopatologia).

Psihiatria practică observă, interpretează (diagnostic) și compune tratamente (psiho-medicamentoase).

Psihopatologia oferă psihiatriei practice o teorie (o concepție), structura psihologică, semiologia, sindromologia și nozologia, armonia, dizarmonia, disocierea și dezintegrarea personalității, polifonia grupului și a societății, formele de clasă, instrumentația aptitudinală și orchestrația individuală și social, estetica frumos-urât, filozofia, logica și antropologia persoanei și a societății, compoziția, boala mintală -sănătate mintală.

Psihiatria are o istorie.

Are o interpretare populară, trans-culturală, etnică, plină de prejudecăți, superstiții, gândire magică, parapsihologie.

Psihiatria are un scop nobil, mântuitor, care pune bazele conviețuirii normale, face posibilă coexistența pașnică, prin compunerea psihoterapiei individuale și de grup.

Psihiatria răsfrânge razboiul social, stânga-dreapta, bogați –săraci, exploatați și ratați, asistați și homeless.

Psihiatria stă pe pilonii filozofico-psihologici ai lui Henri Ey: conștiința (experiența, trăirea prezentă, sincronă) și personalitatea (existența diacronă, subiectivitatea).

Personalitate are o conștiință de sine( sinele) și o conștiință obiectivă ( egoul), socială, individual-universală.

Sinele are un corp psihic bazal, sexual, vital (energetic, temperamental, genetic, aprioric-transcedental) și un spirit (caracter format, educat, stilat), o formă, o modă, tridimensional, individual și transcendent, rațional și metafizic.

Contradicția internă fundamentală este între spiritul dominant și corpul psihic afectiv.

Patologia regresează normalul, îi înfrânge apărările, invadează raționalul, spiritualul.

Modernitatea tehnologică, materialistă, occidental-americană se opune spiritualității estice, greco-romane medievale și renascentiste, degrădind și ocultând sau ignorând tradiția, dă un prezent haotic, în toate azimuturile, favorizând apariția bolii mentale, a unei libertăți libertine și iresponasabile, anarhice, o uniformizare zoologică, dominate de comerțul sexului, politicii puterii și a băncilor mondiale, cu corupție și off shore, scandal și justiție continuă, conflict și teroare, nesiguranăț și amenințare, șantaj și razbunare, comteiție economică statistică, inumană.

Psihologia se psihiatrizează prin neselecție, invazia terapeuților escroci, a parapsihologiei astrale și a magiei șamanilor și țigăncilor, a negării psihologiei și antipsihiatria sportivă și ubicuitară.
